We offer you some easy-to-reach hiking trails, which will guide us to the stunning cliff peaks where we will look through the natural paradise of the area.
Costel Balan
On the first day, the steps will lead us to Piatra Ghilcoş, where we will reach the altitude of 1378 m. We will admire the lake of the natural dam (The red lake), the most famous mountain lake of its kind in Romania.
The next day we will cross a wonderful trail through the keyscape of the Șugăului-Munticelu Natural Reservation where we will admire the diversity of karst formations: conical peaks, towers, steep walls, surploms, slope slopes with shelves and bricks, narrow ridges, gorges, erosion mills, creepers, grooves, bursts, hanging windows and tunnels, grots and caves.
